I provide support to both individuals and teams, suitable for all abilities and age. Previously, I have worked with a range of athletes, teams and sports, including Arsenal Women's U21s academy, figure skating, golf, rugby and athletics. 

During our work together, we will look to increase your own self-awareness of how your own thoughts, feelings and behaviours impact on your own performance. We will look to uncover your strengths as a performer and how you can utilise these to overcome challenges and perform to your potential. We will also look to establish key skills and techniques that you can use to maintain the optimal mindset for your sport.

Online Consultations are 1-2-1 sessions tailored to your needs. Following an initial consultation an individual plan of action will be developed. Additional sessions will typically last 1 hour  and take place every 2-4 weeks depending on needs and availability.

Additional session will then typically last 1 hour and can take place at a location of your choice (e.g. training location, your home, local coffee shop etc...). Observations of training sessions or competitions may also form part of the consultation process. Additional sessions will take place every 2-4 weeks depending on availability and needs.


Educational workshops are an effective way of introducing sports psychology to a large group. Suitable for athletes, parents or coaches, these workshops provide an insight into the field of sports psychology and the various techniques that can be implemented in order to improve performance or well-being. 

All workshops will be tailored to your needs but topics could include: An Introduction to Sport Psychology, Improving Recovery and Avoiding Burnout, Picturing Success: Mental Imagery in Sport, Developing Pre-Performance Routines.

Team Practice


Team consultations are designed to provide complete support to a whole team and will be tailored to your needs.

Designed to help with areas such as communication, team cohesion, strengths development and creating team values, team consultation will use a range of methods to support athletes. This may include group workshops, observations, competition/training support and 1-2-1 support for players.
