A total of 35 Psychological Skills/Strengths that can be used during 1-2-1 consultation and group workshops. Each skill/strength includes a short description to aid discussion around the skill/strength and how it may be used in performance. Ideal for helping to build performance profiles, aiding strength identification or planning future interventions. Bespoke sets for Athletics and Football are also available.
